Lactation Education Resources (known from here as LER) runs FirstLatch.net and is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. LER will use this information to respond to inquiries communicated to us. LER will not share this information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to maintain our accreditations.

Registration
LER holds all information collected about our students in the strictest confidence. Names and email addresses are necessary to process Online classes. You will also be asked to provide professional demographic information (such as, healthcare profession, and IBCLC credential status) about yourself, you may select ‘Not Applicable’ if you wish to opt out of providing this information. This information is required by credentialing agencies which we report to annually and is not shared in a personally identifiable manner. For example, we provide a total number of students who hold the IBCLC credential but not who is an IBCLC.

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a website visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
