Feedback from our Clients:

I appreciate you being available for a night time call since we are in Korea. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and supporting your service members overseas

It has such been a pleasure to work with you, and I appreciate all of your efforts to keep our facilities here supplied with the correct access to your program. Thanks again to Vergie and all of your teaching faculty for creating such a great learning tool. Please pass along that I’ve seen many educational programs, even created a few, but I feel this one developed by Vergie is by far the most thorough I’ve ever experienced. Our nursing staff has been blessed to have this complete offering from which to learn about BFHI

Our staff really are enjoying the program and it is so wonderful to hear consistency between the nurses in patient education and plan of care. The course has been very instrumental in that process for us.

I have taken the 15 hour course and reviewed the 1 hour course and am working my way through the physician course. It is great education, I'm so glad this was the program our hospital chose.

This program is excellent, the nurse's course and the physician's course, and thanks for the ancillary staff courses. The LER staff is so responsive and easy to work with.

"Want to share wonderful news with you and everyone at Lactation Education Resources.  We have been designated!!! We are officially Baby-Friendly!!  All the staff education records and interviews went very well.  Thank you for all the support and information you provided  throughout this process!"
